Trailer-Tracking Company Locates New Sales Opportunities with FirstCorp

Trailer Tracking Leads to Incresed Revenue

An international shipping company near the U.S. border learned a curious fact: Every once in a while, a tractor-trailer will develop the habit of disappearing into the countryside, with client's cargo on-board, never to be seen again.

A separate company providing shipping services for the Midwest with nearly 400 trailers learned another fact:  When turning down a shipping request from Dayton on the grounds that you don't have enough capacity, it's best to first make a search 9 miles west in Beavercreek, where two of your empty trucks are baking in the sun.

And a third company, as a contracted shipper for the U.S. Government with over 1,400 rigs, knows something else:  When your shipments are military-grade munitions, explosives, and nuclear fuel, to have a trailer disappear into the countryside, or rest unattended in Beavercreek would be more than an annoyance, but grounds to alert the Department of Defense.

For anyone who is in the business of shipping, with hundreds or thousands of tractors and trailers spread out across the country, each facing different routes, hazards, and driver schedules, one fact is certain: Logistics can cause a major headache.

When trucking industries want that headache to disappear, they consult a trailer tracking specialist.  Often, they consult with SkyBitz.

IFC Secures $50 Million New Credit Facility, Continued Ability to Provide Attractive Capital

Bank

In a tightening credit market, IFC is pleased to announce that, as a direct lender, its ability to fund new business has been further increased by the establishment of a $50 million credit facility with HSH Nordbank AG.

The new credit facility provides uninterrupted rate protection and provides additional capacity to IFC's existing conduit financing of $75 million, and warehouse and term facilities of $50 million.

These new facilities are an integral part of funding IFC's total managed portfolio in excess of $250 million, and will be instrumental in accommodating IFC's continued double-digit annual growth in commercial equipment leasing and financing.

"We are very pleased to be associated with HSH Nordbank, and appreciate their reputation and knowledge of the equipment leasing industry", stated Rudy Trebels, President and CEO of IFC.   "This facility provides us with substantial flexibility at an attractive cost of capital, and allows us to continue our aggressive growth in select equipment leasing markets."

"IFC Credit is pleased that we are able to attract solid partners like HSH Nordbank to provide credit facilities to fund our ongoing growth," added Marc Langs, Chief Financial Officer for IFC.

To Keep School Networks Safe, Within Budget, Internet Filtering Company Partners with FirstCorp

FirstCorp finances new facility.

There are two large websites for the White House that live on the internet.

One is the official site of the Bush Presidency (www.whitehouse.gov), and contains a wealth of information on the administration's work in everything from Health Care to Homeland Security. For a student doing a report on Government, this site is a definitive resource for understanding current policy.

The other White House site (www.whitehouse.org) is quite different. It is a lampooning of the government, laced with adult-only language and topics, compromising images of the administration, and a special "kids-only" section which describes, among other things, how to properly smoke cigarettes.  For a student doing a report on Government, visiting this site could cause quite a shock, not to mention disciplinary action from a passing-by adult.

So, a quick question: When you have a classroom with 30 students, and one of them searches for "White House" on a school computer, which one will they find?

The answer depends on whether the school has an open, unmonitored connection to the internet, or is using an internet filtering appliance.
