Executive Management
IFC Credit possesses a strong management team with significant commercial leasing and finance experience. The following information is an overview of the principal executives of the Company.
Rudolph D. Trebels, President and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Trebels founded IFC Credit Corporation in 1988. He holds a B.S. degree in marketing and finance from Drake University and has over 25 years of successful experience in the leasing industry. During his tenure with the company, he has provided financing for over $400 million in equipment and has gained the reputation of being an innovative provider of equipment financing. In addition, Mr. Trebels received his Certified Lease Professional designation in 1995, a distinction attained by only 200 leasing executives nationwide.
Marc Langs, Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Langs joined IFC in May, 2003 and was previously Vice President, Corporate Finance. Prior to joining IFC, he held executive positions in several early stage growth companies. Earlier, he was Chief Financial Officer of SmithKline / Beecham's US consumer products division. Throughout his career, Mr. Langs has been involved in mergers and acquisitions, raising capital and integrating companies and systems into parent/platforms. Mr. Langs has a BS in Finance from UCLA, and an MBA from California State University at Long Beach.
Patrick A. Witowski, Executive Vice President of Operations.
Mr. Witowski joined IFC Credit Corporation in 1991. He holds finance degrees from DePaul University and Stonier Graduate School of Banking and has over 28 years of experience including the management of a loan portfolio in excess of $130 million and directing commercial banking operations. He is responsible for the administrative operations of the company. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Witowski was the Vice President and Manager of commercial banking with LaSalle Bank Lakeview.
David Keenan, Senior Vice President, Controller and Treasurer.
Mr. Keenan joined IFC Credit Corporation in July, 2003 with over 25 years experience in the leasing industry. From 1978 to 2001, Mr. Keenan was with Comdisco, Inc., a world-wide provider of technology and financial services, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller. Earlier, he was with KPMG for six years. Mr. Keenan has a B.A. in Accounting from St. Mary’s College.
